We are a non-profit Association of 12 members. Right now it appears as though there is going to be a tie for the Presidents office.

What to do? We are new at this so any feedback asap would be helpful.

    Thanks

The President must be elected by a simple majority of the votes cast.  If there is a tie then the moderator must call for new votes.

If a tie continues then the meeting agenda can be tabled to a time certain. Hopefully at that time there will be a simple majority.
