I am President of a road association that is a voluntary non-profit. Was reading Title 23, 3101/5 where it says at a meeting a commissioner or board, to be sworn.

We have an annual meeting to discuss budget and to elect officers. Once this has been done is there anything further that has to be done as far as this being sworn goes. Or does the group's voting take care business.
