You have an executive Committee ! I'm impressed ? I'm curious as to what does your executive committee look like ? How did it come about and what purpose does it serve? Alanna Brown

(which was not voted on by the association but decided by the executive committee)

Is that unfair to the residents remaining who are still making payment ? If all residents are involved, I would say the fees could be lowed to all on that road a non plowing rate, it would then seem fair to cancel and allow them to contract their own services.

That seems like a particularly nasty action on the face of it. Is there a history of non-payment there? Was there any notice before they canceled? Any warning that fees had to be paid on time or the contract would be canceled?
