    Under the menu Resources I selected:  Forming and Running a Road Association Maine Statutes.  But when I clicked on it- I got this reply:   
                           Sorry, specified resource could not be found. It may have been deleted. If you believe that this is due to a system error, please let us know and we will look into it.

    I will address these two issues as soon as I can, and I'm sorry the website is misleading on this issue. Sometimes people have conflicting ior out of date ideas and thanks for bringing it up On not finding what you need through the link,I think there may be a broken link.
