    Yes, the presenters of the bill realized that there were factors they hadn't been aware of.  They asked to have the bill held over until next session so that they could get together with representatives from other concerns (including MARA, Maine ROADWays, and the Maine Forest Products Council) and try to come up with a solution that is mutually agreeable.  Their request for carryover has now been officially granted.  If anyone would like to understand this bill better, or has suggestions for solutions, I would strongly urge you to read the written testimony that was submitted on the bill, particularly that of Andrew Cashman.  You can read the testimony here: http://www.mainelegislature.org/legis/bills/display_ps.asp?ld=1598&PID=1456&snum=129&sec3#
