Maine Alliance for Road Associations
My road association is in the process of buying a ROW. We are asking for one time donations from members. Does anyone know if these donations are tax deductible.

I doubt that the "donations" are allowable deductions but I am not a tax lawyer or accountant. I suggest you contact a Federal IRS office, the Maine Revenue Service or a professional tax accountant.
I see no reason they would be tax-deductible. You're not a charitable organization.
