I would be interested in having a conversation with any road association about how you handle winter maintenance - do you do it at all, how are year round vs. summer members assessed to pay for it, do you have a formal contract, who do you contract with and what is the cost.  Additionally, who decides and how is it decided when the road is plowed, sanded, etc.?  I think that we have a great contractor and have had him for several years but there are a couple of new members who are not so convinced.  If you would like to have a discussion, please contact me.
