Hello!

I am a member of a longstanding small road association in the Moosehead Lake area, and we are finding ourselves in need of some legal advice to straighten out our corporate status. 

Does anyone have any good experience with or suggestions of Maine lawyers or firms who have some expertise in the area of road associations? I reached out to Lake & Denison, but they must be swamped, as they didn't return the call. 

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
