Attorney recommendation for liens

Can anyone recommend an attorney who has worked with road associations for guidance on templates and process for applying liens on delinquent members? Preferably in Franklin or Oxford counties given proximity.

Is your association a Statutory or a Non-profit?  Are you looking to do actual liens (where the end result if they don't pay is you actually take their property) or are you referring to the Notice of Claim process allowed for Statutory Associations?  If it's a Notice of Claim you want to do, you do not have to have an attorney.  The Resources page of the Members Only area of this website has the forms you need, as well as a timeline for what needs to be filed when.

If you are a non-profit I don't believe you can use the Notice of Claim process, but you can go through Small Claims Court.  There is a document on the Resources page that will guide you through that as well.

We are a non-profit corporation. Again, the request is if anyone has recommendations of attorneys who have experience with liens.

I appreciate that there are forms available in the resources links, but we need an attorney for actual legal advice.
