This past year MARA has added several Board Members who are volunteering their time to help us plan and carry forward our chosen activities.

At this time, we seek more Board Members with modest computer skills to navigate our website software, keeping MARA website information up to date, to monitor and occasionally react to exchanges on the Discussion Forum, sort and distribute correspondence from our membership, and set up our Events Page and registration for our Annual Road Conference.

MARA continues to be very active — our membership is growing, our modest financial condition is solid, and our legislative efforts and annual conferences continue to be successful. Additional Board leadership will assist us as we continue to expand MARA’s efforts and remain a valuable resource for road associations. The time commitment for serving is modest because of the teamwork in place. The Board typically meets once a month via Zoom for about an hour.
