    Hello,
I'd like to know if when I make the Call to our Annual Meeting if I need to postal mail everyone, even though I know that everyone has email and uses it regularly.  In the past I've emailed and asked for an email confirmation back.

It is my belief that the section of the law that follows authorizes the use of email alone. I have two property owners that do not use email and I mail USPS the "call" to them but the rest get only email. This procedure was agreed to at an annual meeting. Since some seem to have a short memory I also place a large sign on the road two weeks prior to the meeting.

"E-mail.  E-mail may be used as an alternative to United States mail for sending notices and other materials under this section with the agreement of the receiving party as long as the communication includes the current address and telephone number of the sender for purposes of verification."

If you have a different interpretation please advise. Good questions! Thank you.
