    I checked the web site for Dan Dubord:

    I believe he is the one who gave the talk.  He was very informative and I believe he not only is knowledgeable about road associations, but if I recall correctly, I think he indicated he created an association for the area he was living as well.


    One other thing,  I checked the past events on this website and it appears that Atty. Cliff Goodall spoke at the Road Association Workshop held last April.  He may be another option...

    Our attorney recently contacted Clifford Goodall and he said that he is now retired. He referred us to a Mary Denison of Winthrop, ME.
