As a single Lot Owner in a Statutory  Association and if you are given multiple Proxy Votes to represent other members, doe the "Two Vote Limit" apply?

The answer is no. Lot owners, may have one or 2 votes for themselves depending on how the bylaw is written. Our by laws give an owner one vote. When people give you their property owner lot proxy vote, you thereby would have 2 votes if the bylaw's say one vote per lot. I had received over 8 proxy votes from other owners, with my vote (one vote per property) totaled 9 votes. So it's important to know how is your bylaws written. Some lots are owned by multiple people, thereby in the Privateway law it offers up to 2 votes when there is multiple property owners for a lot. Hope this helps you.
